Yes most are included but it depends on the company.
France : SNCF yes, Ouigo no
Spain : RENFE yes, Ouigo, Iryo no
Italy : Trenitalia yes, .italo no
Keep in mind that you need to add seat reservations on high-speed trains in some countries :
- 13€ Italy
- 10-20€ TGVs within France
- 10€ Spain (not available online)
- some expensive cross-border routes
If you're travelling in summer, try to make them in advance. Some extreme cases : Eurostar and Thalys can sell out weeks in advance due to a limited number of seats available to passholders.
If you want precise advice, let us know the route, date and departure time.

German and Swedish high speed trains are also included. In Germany reservations are optional and in Sweden reservations are mandatory.
