I honestly don't understand what this means. English isn't my mother language and sometimes I struggel. But maybe I'm just dumb. Does this mean, that after the 1st of April its included in the pass?

It looks like thisĀ journey includes an Iryo train, but we don't see the complete journey here. And indeed, Iryo is included starting 1 April.
