Hello. My friend got a problem with registration. We are from Lithuania and we wrote first and last name in our Lithuanian letters like “Š” “Ė”. After her registration is confirmed she saw that Her last name letters got “?” signs. The question is : Is it problem with that “?” letter in identification or no? She is verrified and got QR code and official registration is complete, so no problem with that? Thanks for answer.

Please also make the form more robust. If you allow letters and symbols to be entered, then that should not result in ?s on the pass or the inability to make reservations. People can and will enter their names as they normally write them and the form should be able to handle that.
