Accessing digital pass

My son is in Italy and has had his phone stolen. It seems as if the pass and it’s functionality is linked to the original ( stolen) phone and is not accessible with another phone. Is this correct and if so how can he book future train journeys?

He have to get in contact with customer support with this form they send then a new activation code for his pass :) https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new

Thank you for your help. Great. I’ll pas this in. Is there a good telephone number for any future query etc or do you know if they can call him to sort this sort of query directly

There is no CallCenter :/ There is this form and with this form  they decide on the priority of a Problem :)
