Accidentally logged out, but it now says ''pass already activated''

I accidentally logged out of the application, so I wanted to log in again, but I get an error that the application is wrong and I should download another one, but when I try to log in to the other one, I get a message that my Pass is already activated and I cannot connect it  with this app.  Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

  1. Make sure you have the latest app update. There was a buggy Android release earlier this week, which was fixed by an update 1 day later.
  2. If nothing helps, contact customer service and clearly state when you need to travel.
