Activate Journey or link to Pass

Hi Fellow travellers, 

I am struggling a bit with the APP and as with other users concerned about my planned travel.

I successfully activated my account and created my 1st trip. I managed to link that to my pass a few days ago - we take our 1st trip tomorrow.

I have since created several other journeys but cannot link them to my Pass.

THERE IS NO TOGGLE BUTTON TO ACTIVATE. So while it may be prudent to not link until ready to travel but to have no toggle button suggests that I will not be able to link when ready.

You have to put all Journey´s in the trip that is linked to your pass :) Then you should see the grey slider :) that can be toggled to the right and becomes yellow :)

The grey toggle only appears once your pass is activated. You put all the trains you plan to travel on in the single TRIP linked to your pass. You then activate the toggle just before boarding. If you choose a different  train you simply ignore the train you added (but didn’t toggle) and add the new train details to the trip and activate it.
