Activated my pass on the wrong travel dates

Dear travel friends,

 

I have accidentally activated my mobile travel pass on the wrong date. I can’t cancel it anymore. 

What do I have to do now?

Is your pass active now? In that case only Customer Support can help you and you need to fill in this form:

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date you plan to start travelling so that your request can be correctly prioritised.

If your pass is not active now, but only activated on the wrong date in the future, you can deactivate the pass your self.
