I am travelling tomorrow between 2 and 3 pm from Madrid to Granada. Is it okay to activate tomorrow morning? Which that means my month starts tomorrow? Thank you!

Yes, it is a good idea to wait with activating the pass until just before boarding the first train of your travel.
