Hi, I have searched many similar questions but I’m afraid still not clear on my situation.

I have a 2 month continuous Global pass bought in last year’s sale that must be activated by 9th April.

Due to my son being injured, I can not leave him and travel for a while.  I understand activating on the 9th will start the 2month period so valid until 9th June but do I have to take a trip on that day or can I just activate the pass so I do not lose it?

If so, please how do I do it? Activate, add a trip but just done go on it?

You can activate your pass on the latest possible day (11 months after purchase) but there's no requirement to travel on that day, or on any other day, for that matter.

You can already set the activation now, so you don't forget. Just choose the latest possible date; the app won't allow you to choose a later one. If that's 9 April, then your pass will be valid up to and including 8 June.
