I bought last year the Interrail Global pass during the sale in July. It says I need to activate it before 18 June 2025. Just to be sure: if I activate it for example on 17 June, than I will be able to use it after 18 June? Or should I use all the travel days before 18 June?

You need to activate it and set the start date by the deadline.
For a continuous pass the validity will run from that date, for a flexi pass you can choose your travel dates within the 1 or 2 month range starting from that date.
