Hi,

I tried to activate a global Pass, but hot an error after putting in my ID number. The ID number is correct. I wrote an e-mail to the support some days ago, but didn't her an answer. what can I so ?

Thanks for your answer. It helped ! Because nö I could activate the Pass. I suppose the Server was to busy when I tried it in sunday ;-)

the Error was "Something went wrong. Contact the Support" after I entered the No of my IDCard. ( I think that was step 2)
