I did not include my 2 children (6 and 9) when I purchased my pass. It was a promo pass so I can't return or exchange it.
Is this true? If I bought a promo pass and didn't add kids when I bought it, do I have to pay extra for kids? advertising has promised that my kids (or even 2 other kids under 11) could ride with me for free. That's why I bought the pass!
 I cannot travel without children! 
 I expect adequate support
