Hey all 🙂 My problem is that I had already registered my interrail pass on my phone and even made reservations with it. Unfortunately, my phone is not the most reliable as it seems and just did a Factory reset (all data got deleted). When I now download the Railplanner App and try to register the Pass, I am told that it is already registered (which is technically true but as I said, it got deleted). Does anyone know if there is a way to re-register my Pass? Or where is it possible to contact the Interrail Team? I keep getting directed to chatbots...

It is only Customer Support who can help you to deactivate the pass from your old phone so that the pass can be activated on the new phone.
