Hey all :) My problem is that I had already registered my interrail pass on my phone and even made reservations with it. Unfortunately, my phone is not the most reliable as it seems and just did a Factory reset (all data got deleted). When I now download the Railplanner App and try to register the Pass, I am told that it is already registered (which is technically true but as I said, it got deleted). Does anyone know if there is a way to re-register my Pass? Or where is it possible to contact the Interrail Team? I keep getting directed to chatbots...
