Add Trip to Pass in App

Hey there! 
 

I just got a new phone and so I needed to download the app again & my pass isn‘t connected to my trip anymore. My flatmate is able to send me the trip and I can see it in my app next to my pass. But I can‘t connect them. 
 Can you help me? 
(the trip hasn‘t start yet)

Had you already activated your pass on your previous phone? If yes, then you need to contact customer service. That's the only way you can activate your pass on the new phone.
