Adding pass though app but says ''Details don't match''

Hello,

I’m trying to add a pass throught the web app (for mobile pass) but it seems that “Details don’t match” when I put my credentials. I’ve contacted the customer support team without answer. I’m taking a train tomorrow. Could someone provide assistance?

The problem has been solved. I had two spaces between my two surnames and not one

Have you checked that you enter the same info that is in your confirmation email?

I’ve entered different possible combinations, been careful of the case sensitive and still can’t manage to log in

Hi, what about the special N (ñ) in your name? Could it be a problem for the app in this? Or the problem is that you can’t login into the app?
