We bought our tickets Feb / March but activated the Pass two days ago.
I’m still confused.
Firstly, I think I understand that we need to create a trip / done
We then Add Journey
Ok. So I can see our Reservations in my-account/reservation-booking-details/my-itinerary
Next step - on my mobile, I go to Planner
Add my first journey / London - Bassel.
That's fine.
And the next leg, Bassel to Firenze.
Here it gets tricky. The train we have tickets for, doesn't show
Likewise, the Paris London train isn’t showing for the one we have booked.
This is the first issue. The second one is that when we tried to book our From Home UK leg, the ticket office noted the Activated Pass and reference numbers, but say we should have a QR code for them to scan. I dont see a QR code with the Mobile Pass.
