I would like to thank the person who wrote somewhere on this site, about what to do if your saved journey in “My Trips” on your Eurail app doesn’t move to the “My Pass,” when tapped. I was a NEW user of digital Eurail Global Flexi Pass in October 2024 (a few weeks ago) and panicked that my very first journey would not transfer to the Pass, when I initiated the Pass. I thought it was lack of internet/wifi. After frantically running upstairs to the main train station, I discovered that didn’t work, either! Then I remembered a “passing comment” that someone wrote on this site about what to try if this situation occurs. That person said to “PUT YOUR PHONE IN AIRPLANE MODE AND THEN TURN IT OFF AGAIN.” BINGO! That worked! I only had to do this one time on the 18 trains that I ended up taking. I wish I could remember the person who gave me this tip, so I could give him/her recognition; since I can’t, I figure the best I can do is to help someone else with this tip.
Also, I suggest leaving BIG TRANSFER TIMES between train changes, as I did miss that first train; plus, several of my trains ended up being VERY late, which would have caused me to miss connections had I not left excessive time gaps, and some trains switched tracks, causing several up and down and across moves to get to the correct track. Deutsche Bahn is not what it used to be, but the Swiss are still punctual!
