I have purchased Eurail Global pass 10 days within 2 months.
I have completed my itinerary in My Trip in the app for 9 days but have not yet activated the pass as my first day of travel is 8 September.
Can I add the remaining Day 10 in the trip after the pass has been activated and I have commenced the travel? Reason being I am considering a few options for the Day 10 depending on how I go.

Yes of course. I usually add the trains and activate the pass day couple min before boarding the train.
You can also change plans (add/remove trains) as you go. Though once a pass day has started (at midnight) it cannot be cancelled.
