Every time I open the app it crashes within 2 seconds, I have tried updating the app, updating my phone and deleting the app and every time I open it it crashes in 2 seconds. I have tried everything and I can’t seem to get it working. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas to fix it? Would be much appreciated

I haven't seen such problems. If you're quick enough, try to get to More (atb the bottom right), scroll to the bottom and enable error logging. That won't solve the problem but can help customer support.
Do you have iOS or Android? Which OS version?
In any case, contact customer support and give them all details you have. Also mention when you plan to start your trip.
