Hi,

 

Is anybody having trouble with the app? I ma trying to activate my pass and it will not accept my passport number. It just says that something went wrong and goes back to passport number input page.

Hi Anna, its at step 3 when you need to enter you passport number. I am inputting the 9 digit passport number from my UK passport, 

I cant post a screenshot at the moment but it says:

Something went wrong

Please try again or contact customer service.

 

I have sent an email but no idea how long it will take to get a response.

It is working now! Deleted the app and reinstalled it. Thanks
