App not compatible with my phone

Dear community,

I need urgently help! I’ll start my travel with two friends tomorrow and wanted to activate my mobile pass today. But then I found out that my mobile phone isn’t compatible with the app, so what can I do now? The accomodations are already booked. Can I ask one of my friends to download my pass for me?

Hi Lola117,

Yes, don’t worry, a single device can contain multiple passes, so your friends can redeem the pass for you and you can use it from their phone.
