Hi there,

Has anyone solved the following issue: the app says "your tickets are loading" but nothing is happening? We are traveling already and this causes some unnecessary stress.. We tried restarting the phone, the app etc.

Without internet or with a bad connection this can sometimes take several minutes. Just be patient.
