ASAP Need a caregiver pass

ASAP

I need urgent help to add a caregiver pass to my trip as it's happening tomorrow, I tried everywhere and interrail don't have a phone number and I try to contact them via chat but it said they will contact me only within 7 days. I know it's hard but can anyone please help if they can?

Offical Service Form for Interrail & Eurail they will answer on priority :)

There is not much you can do as it´s weekend and the Social Media agents @Nanja  @Leo  will be not online before tomorrow :/ they could priorise your request

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers
