Go to a larger SNCF ticket office-they can help you too. Old style paper passes. They might even be able to make some of those REServations you need in 1 go. And even in FRance there is probably by now also some non-state SNCF ticket office doing railway tickets and passes.
Money back depends on type of pass, and if you have paid extra for insurance for this.
