B.Train / SNBC reservations not showing up

On the 15th I reserved seats on SNBC site B.train. they are not showing up on our Eurail passes even though entered the pass numbers when I purchased the reservations. Can someone tell me why I can’t see them? And, if I print hard copies will they be accepted?

Seat reservations and pass are completely separate. They won't appear in the app.

Before boarding you add each train you'd like to take to the app.

Whenever required on the train show both the app (ticket) and the PDF or printed sheet (seat reservation).
