this summer I will be travelling with my global pass for 2 months (2nd class)
my question is: can I use benefits for this pass?
(for free)?
Such as: ferry from Italy to Greece, Interlaken lake cruise, scenic train in Switzerland or buss in Slovenia..
or.. are the “free” benefits just for the pass holders with specific country, that they selected?

I can tell you that for most scenic trains in Switzerland you can use this trains, but mostly they need a reservation. You can most times take one of the hourly trains on the same route (without annoying turists and most of the time with windows to open), or like at Bernina Express you can take the front carriages of the train without reservation.

Dobry den. NO boats at all are included-only a few (and yes, most lake-steamers in Swiss) give discount-which they usually also give out to nearly anyone. Even with discount the fare will be very high, its Swiss after all (using franks, not korun).
There are about 10-12 different ferries IT-GR and the subject of free/discount has been posted here a few million times-suffice to say that ONLY 1o r 2 comps give DIScount-there is also a Greek Islands Ferry pass, quite hard to get. It may very well be possible that another ferry is in the end cheaper as the ferry that promises ´discount´. NO bezplatne ever.

As you can easily see on the map with Interrail validity for Switzerland, the boats on the Thunersee and Brienzersee are included 100%.
