I live in Berlin , I want to travel NL and tour in NL for 5 days… If i buy Benelux INterrail pass , will it allow me to travel unlimited within NL ? and travel back to Berlin .

You can't use the Benelux pass to travel in Germany. It's only valid in the Benelux.
