Yes and no.
Yes in the normal 1st cl carriage=you have to ask to find it.
NO for the special youtouristyoupaymore cars with service-book at any SBB/swiss train counter, a few days advance is enough. UNless a Japanase tourgroup has chartered the whole car-but that youre too late now anyway
The pass is for 4 days, not 4 trips-with as many trains as you are able to catch on a day.

There is information how you make a reservation only.
If you want to travel with a regional train you can look for the timetable at sbb.ch. No need of a reservation.

When you are traveling in summer i recommend to catch one of the regionaltrains that carry the open carriages :)
