the two global pass travelers have the wrong birthday date. I believe it was a system failure. we are both a day older. is there any problem ?

The date has to be correct when you travel.

When you post your request using the link in the post above you must clearly write when your plan to start travelling. This helps Customer Support to prioritise your request correctly.
