hello, I have a question, my 28th birthday is on march 21st (actually i'm 27) but i will use some trains before and after that date, could i buy a ticket for 12-27 years old? could i have some problem for after 21 st march trains?

There will be no problem. First day of validity of your ticket must be before 28th birthday. Then you can still use it after until the end of validity 👍
