I recently purchased my pass a few weeks for the full standard price. However, I now see that there is a Black Friday promotion for 10% as well as "Plus" included. I was wondering if anybody has experienced anything like this & what options I might have? Has anybody been able to ‘price match’ with promotional passes?

What do you mean by "price match with promotional passes”?
The options will depend on the refund possibilities of the full price pass. What does it say about that in the confirmation mail?
