I see Black Friday sale is 100% refundable, but while purchasing it shows 85% refundable. Which is true? Confused with advertisement šŸ™„

andĀ

Does this refundableĀ is in same mode of transaction or a Eurail voucher?Ā
Does this refundable offer appliesĀ until later 11 months?

The Black Friday sale offers in a later booking step the Plus Upgrade (currently free) that raises the pass refund to 100%

Refunds have to be claimed max. 6months after the expiring date means within 17months after purchase (That“s how i understand the rule maybe @Leo  can verify it :) )

I“ve got the money back via the same mode of transaction.
Back in 2020 Eurail refunded many Passes that were originally not refundable via Eurail Vouchers :)
