I booked a pass on National Rail and it has taken my money then shown an error - "Your transaction has been successful but there was a problem connecting back to the merchant's web site. Please contact the merchant and advise them that you received this error message."

The same thing has happened to me. I can’t get hold of anyone over the phone or via email and have no idea whether I should rebook or not. I don’t want to miss out but I also do not want to end up with two non refundable passes. Terrible customer service.
