Booked a return ticket with my last day of pass but the website is counting 2 days because i leave tonight and arrive tomorrow ..?

I’m in Italy, at Perugia, returning to France tonight (arrival at 1 in the afternoon at Frasne).

I booked the seats needed on the journey before, am entering the journey on my pass as it’s my last day (out of 5) but the app divide my trip into two journeys one today, the other one tomorrow, how can I do to make them join ?

At least are there any possibilities to cancel the opening of this day ?
