i booked an interrail ticket yesterday on the Deutsche Bahn site. i was redirected to the bahn.interrail.eu site.
now i changed my mind and want to cancel it (i chose the plus upgrade).
Unfortunately, I don't see my booking on either Deutsche Bahn or interrail. Deutsche Bahn can't help me and interrail support is unavailable.
(I haven’t activated my pass yet)
Can anyone help me here?
