Bought the wrong Eurail pass. Help!

I just found out that I purchased a 15 day pass for 15 days. We thought it was 15 days in 30 days. yikes.

I see I can buy a new pass and then refund the original one. I am worried about my reservations I bought for 4 of us for multiple travelers. Will my reservations transfer over also? We are leaving for Europe in 2 days. Thank you!

The best is to request an exchange. That only costs €15:

Reservations are no problem, you can keep them. They're separate from the pass.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
