I would like to buy two Global Passports, but only non-EU countries are suggested as possible countries of residence.

However, we are from Germany and Switzerland.

What should we do? Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks a lot

Julian

European people need an Interrail Pass and not Eurail.

Visit interrail.eu

You can buy Interrail Passes also at Ticket Offices of like Deutsche Bahn or SBB CFF FFS.

You are trying to buy Eurail passes and not Interrail passes.

You should use the site interrail.eu instead of eurail.com

Country of residence is the country where you live, no matter where you are a citizen. If you live in a country where you not are a citizen, you need to bring a proof that you are a resident  in that country.
