Looking at buying a 5 or 7 day pass now and using in March 2025. We fly into Zurich mid month and plan to train it to Interlaken. Then on to Strasbourg, Belgium and Amsterdam. Those trips I want to book close to the day as they will be at the mercy of flights. However I want to book the train from Amsterdam to London as early as possible as we will be flying out of London in the evening of our train to London.
Can I buy now, activate for March and book our last train at the end of March now?
Sure you can buy now and use it in March.
However, there's no need to activate your pass in advance. In fact, we always advise against that.

For Eurostar, www.raileurope.com is the best place. However, the direct Eurostars Amsterdam-London are not in the timetable yet, so it may be better to wait with booking. I think Eurostar are waiting to confirm the reopening of the Amsterdam check-in facilities, which should be in January.
