Can I cancel a support request?

I made two support requests that (of course) are not being answered. (I only have got the automated “We apologise for the delay in responding” e-mail replies from eurail.zendesk.com.) One of them is meaningless by now, and the other one is not really urgent either.  Can I cancel them?

Yes you can. Go to your request overview. If you haven't logged in their before, click on “Have you emailed us? Get a password.” Then, after logging in, open the request you want to close and go to the bottom. There should be a button to close the request.

Thanks. I did that but I don’t see a button to close the request. But oh well, at least I could add a comment that the issue is not relevant any more.
