Can I cancel a ticket bought with credit

I bought a reservation with credit but now I don’t want to take this train anymore. Can I cancel the reservation even without a refund ?

Do you mean a Plus Pass credit? There is no specific information about refunding credits that I can find. I some it’s the same policy as purchased reservations. These depend on the operator  You can see the list by country here
