On the app ? You can change it at any point. If you activated the pass, it is best to deactivate it until you start travelling. Once a pass day has started, it cannot be cancelled.
On the other hand if you've booked seat reservations, they are usually non-refundable. But let us know the route and company as there are exceptions.
