Only in SOME stations-in SOME countries-as paper pass-it is in the range of Inter/EUrail 1 country passes. In many countries they do not do any more sale of complicated international tix and if yes-at special counters. You CAN def. do it-but only daytime working hrs- in the office of Schiphol airport.
