Can I reinstate cancelled 3 global pass purchases? Cancelled within a few mins and deducted 15% might as well reinstate it or atleast give me a promo code so I can buy and not lose too much?

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. 


It's not possible to re-instate a pass after a refund has been processed or an exchange has been completed.
