I am an BNO and Hong Kong passport holder, just wonder could I use BNO for the eurail global pass?

As long as you have official govt issued proof that you live in HKG- I assume BNO is a british overseas? Not anyone here is from that funny island in the North Sea and knows all these things perhaps evident for those who do.
