Yes. That station is primarily served by high speed TGV from Paris as well as regional trains.

 

Reservations are required for TGV, these cost either €10 with a limited quota or €20 one the cheaper quota is sold. They can be booked here https://travel.b-europe.com/eurail-ge/en/booking-tgv#TravelWish with use of pass cover number from paper pass or if you have mobile pass get the number here.

This is a junction stop, that mainly serves to have pax transfer to a shuttle train into Tours proper.

I has fast TGV trains and slower TER=regional trains, fairly frequent along the Loire valley, less so on a few other lines. In case you want to visit Tours-there is also a tramstop nearby to go into town-buy ticket for that.
