Can i use interrail pass italy to travel from german to italy ?

Hi i have a question about interrail pass italy, can i use it to travel from karlsruhe hbf germany to rom italy with it ?

No. It is as it’s name suggests a pass for Italy, that journey would also include Austria or Switzerland and Germany.

You can buy regular single/return tickets or a global interrail pass.
