I can not activate my pass

it recommend to contact eurail support but still no feedback 

in need to use on tomorrow trip 

could you please advise .

What is the problem? If you see an error message, could you please post a screenshot? Or otherwise a screenshot of where you are stuck?


After click activate this pass, it show something went wrong 


In the app, go to More > Settings, and enable error logging (bottom of that screen). Then try the activation once more, so customer support has some logs to look at.

Then please contact customer service. Mention that you are travelling tomorrow.
