I can’t activate my pass. I keep getting the same error message as everyone else. It’s really urgent. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Error logging is on. It’s the latest version. I literally don’t know what else to do. Please help

- Did you contact contact customer service?
- When do you need to travel and (important) did you mention that to customer service?
- What error message are you seeing? Could you post a screenshot? "The same error message as everyone else” is not really helpful.
- Do you have app version 23.2.0?
- Do you have iOS or Android? Which version?
