Can't cancel mobile pass

Some months ago, I bought the mobile pass with the plus upgrade, and activated it in my old phone. Now I want to cancel it, but I deleted the app in the old mobile phone and now I can’t log in with the same pass in the same phone, so I can’t cancel it.

A pass can be activated just once. In your case you have to contact the Customer Service to deactivate the pass first before you can cancel the pass. Please open a Case here https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new
