Can't login to the app

Hello, I was logged in to the discover eu app on my phone and had added my interrail pass there. Then I deleted the app off my phone and redownloaded it but when I try to log in the app tells me that my account is already connected to another device. I don’t know what to do, I travel in 1 week. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it a lot.

I sent an email to and also saying what the problem was and also my pass number, my order number, my first travel day,my email and my name and they responded within one hour saying I could now log in to the app.
