Can't login to the app

Hello, I was logged in to the discover eu app on my phone and had added my interrail pass there. Then I deleted the app off my phone and redownloaded it but when I try to log in the app tells me that my account is already connected to another device. I don’t know what to do, I travel in 1 week. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it a lot.

I sent an email to https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new and also customerservice@interrail.eu saying what the problem was and also my pass number, my order number, my first travel day,my email and my name and they responded within one hour saying I could now log in to the app.
